Heritage Park was established in 1967. Our Garden covers 11 acres,it is 1600 ft above sea level, with a clear sparkling climate. It is set on a gentle hill with lovely views of the surrounding countryside and nearby Ruahine Ranges.
The garden is maintained by the Garden Committee, volunteers who are Friends of Heritage Park and supporters. Supporters come from the Hawkes Bay, Central Districts, Wellington Region Taranaki and King Country Rhododendron Groups.
